GPS files
GPS files can be downloaded in two formats from the table on the right.
You can download the Pumpkinvine Bike Ride routes:
- Right click the desired GPS file in the table on the right and select “Save target as” from the drop-down menu. (If you left click on the GPS file you will get a text version of the file in your browser and it will not be useable in your GPS device.)
- Save the file at your preferred location in your computer.
The files will give you an electronic map of the route. Once you have the files on your PC, you can transfer them to your GPS device.
Notes:
- These bike routes are subject to change due to road and sewer construction. Final maps will be available by June 12.
- The gpx files have “way points” marked to audibly signal turns on the Garmin “Edge” and possibly other gps units.
